Prior to joining Vinthera, Ludovica gained 3 years of experience working across VC, startups, and strategic consulting.

As an Analyst at Foundamental, a leading VC fund investing globally in construction and industrial tech, she played a key role in sourcing, assessing, and managing deal flow across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, supporting diligence and investment decisions on 20+ deals spanning SaaS, Robotics, Logistics, and Industrial Innovation.

Before that, Ludovica worked at two early-stage startups, where she spearheaded investor relations, played a pivotal role in fundraising efforts, and supported the founders in launching new business lines from scratch and executing go-to-market strategies.

Ludovica holds a BSc in Business Management from ESCP Business School, graduating top 10 of her class with High Honors.
