Marcos has spent over 10 years in venture, investing in Defense, AI, and B2B SaaS, with notable investments in VAST, HavocAI, and Kindo.

Before Vinthera, he was a Partner at Drive Capital, the largest venture firm headquartered outside of San Francisco and New York, with $2.2B+ in AUM. At Drive, he led investments in autonomous defense, AI infrastructure, and security platforms.

Marcos starter his career as a founder, building Artelisted, an online marketplace connecting emerging artists with buyers. After running it for 3 years, he transitioned to the venture investing – first at Lavrock Ventures, then spending 6 years at Revel Partners, where he focused on early-stage B2B SaaS and marketplaces, backing companies like Lockstep (acquired by Sage), AcreTrader, Percent, Bliq, Curacity, and Tenovos, among others
